Position Overview: We need a team lead responsible for quality control and team efficiency. As a Lawn Care Technician, you will play a vital role in ensuring our customers’ lawns look pristine and healthy. You will be responsible for performing a variety of lawn maintenance tasks, including mowing, edging, trimming, fertilizing, and weed control.
Key Responsibilities:
This is a supervisory role.
Mowing, edging, and trimming lawns to a high standard
Chemical application license required
Maintaining equipment and ensuring it is in good working condition
Adhering to safety protocols and company policies
Working outdoors in various weather conditions
Experience with Landscape Management Software like LMN or Jobber is a plus.
QUALIFICATIONS:
Minimum 5 years of landscaping experience
Minimum 2 years experience as a truck lead or landscape supervisor
Must speak English
Ability to operate and maintain lawn care equipment
Strong attention to detail and work quality
Excellent customer service skills
Ability to work independently or as part of a team
Physical stamina for working outdoors and performing manual labor
MUST HAVE RELIABLE TRANSPORTATION & A VALID DRIVERS LICENSE
