We are seeking a reliable and skilled Handyman to join our property management team.
This role is responsible for maintaining the overall condition, safety, and functionality of apartment units and common areas.
Key Responsibilities
* Keep the property and common areas clean and safe
* Painting
* Complete general repairs and maintenance
* Respond to work orders
* Handle basic plumbing repairs
* Fix minor electrical issues
* Repair drywall and complete basic carpentry work
* Prepare apartments for new residents
* Perform preventative maintenance
* Repair appliances as needed
* Keep maintenance areas clean and organized
* Help with minor roof repairs if needed
* Follow safety procedures
* Work with the maintenance and office teams
* Be professional and respectful with residents and vendors
Qualifications & Requirements
Basic knowledge of electrical and plumbing systems
Ability to perform drywall and basic carpentry work
Problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
Friendly, professional, and customer-service oriented
Education & Experience
High school diploma or equivalent (preferred, but not required)
At least 1 year of maintenance experience (preferred)
