We are looking for a dependable, experienced Handyman / Maintenance Technician to handle repairs and general maintenance at residential and commercial properties. The ideal candidate takes pride in their work, solves problems, and can work independently.
Responsibilities:
- Perform general property repairs and preventive maintenance.
- Handle minor plumbing repairs, including leaks, faucets, and toilets.
- Perform basic electrical maintenance, such as replacing light fixtures and switches.
- Repair drywall, patch walls, and complete painting touch-ups.
- Repair doors, locks, cabinets, trim, and other building fixtures.
- Inspect properties, identify maintenance issues, and report completed work.
- Assist with minor roof repairs and waterproofing when needed.
Requirements:
- Hands-on experience in handyman work or property maintenance.
- Working knowledge of plumbing, electrical maintenance, carpentry, drywall, and painting.
- Ability to use hand and power tools safely.
- Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license.
- Dependable, punctual, and able to work independently.
- Ability to use a smartphone to receive work orders and submit photos.
- Legally authorized to work in the United States.
Roof repair and waterproofing experience is a plus.
