We are looking for experienced roofing mechanics who know how to properly complete the metal and carpentry work on residential roofing dry-in jobs.
This is not a position for someone who only knows tear-off or cleanup.
Applicants must have experience with:
• Installing drip edge
• Installing valley metal
• Installing all roof penetrations and flashing
• Fascia and sub-fascia replacement
• Truss repairs and truss supports
• Roof decking and wood repairs
• Proper dry-in installation
• Shingle, tile, and flat roofing systems
• Meeting South Florida building codes and passing inspections
You must have real roofing experience and be able to complete the work correctly without being trained or constantly supervised.
Must be dependable, have reliable transportation, and be available to work throughout South Florida.
