Work includes:
* Interior and exterior carpentry and repairs.
* Fence installation and repairs.
* Drywall installation, patching, and finishing.
* Painting, surface preparation, and caulking.
* Door installation, trim, and hardware.
* Possible window removal and installation.
* Wood rot replacement, minor flooring repairs, and punch-list completion.
Must deliver quality work, troubleshoot problems, work independently, and keep jobsites clean. Reliable transportation, personal tools, consistent attendance, and references required.
