Blue Line Labels is a stable, family-owned manufacturer in Margate with 30 years in business. We are a small, busy, team-oriented company where every person matters. We are looking for a reliable, organized, and mechanically-minded person to grow with us long-term. What You'll Do 50% of the time. Warehouse & Shipping, Forklift operation, receiving incoming shipments, Wrapping pallets, taping boxes, preparing orders to ship. Lifting up to 50 lbs, keeping warehouse neat and organized. Production will be the other 50% – We Will Train You to Learn and operate production equipment. Training includes: tube filling machines, digital printing press, pressure-sensitive label applicators. Assist with new equipment as we expand

What We're Looking For: Forklift experience required, Comfortable with physical work and lifting up to 50 lbs, Mechanical aptitude background is a big plus. Reliable, punctual, detail-oriented, and organized. Team player who can wear many hats in a small company. Long-term mindset that wants to grow with the company
