๐ช ABOUT THE ROLE
Agency Dry Cleaners is looking for a reliable, friendly Store Manager to run day-to-day operations at our Pleasanton location. This is a simple store to run, and you will have plenty of support from the owner along the way. Once you are trained, the role is straightforward and easy to manage.
๐ TRAINING AND SUPPORT
โ๏ธ Full, paid training will be provided on our point-of-sale system and all operational responsibilities. No prior experience is needed to get started.
๐ค CUSTOMER SERVICE
โ๏ธ Greet customers warmly and provide excellent service
โ๏ธ Operate the point-of-sale system and process payments accurately
โ๏ธ Take in and process alterations and tailoring orders
๐ GARMENT HANDLING
โ๏ธ Tag, sort, and organize incoming garments for cleaning
โ๏ธ Rack finished clothing neatly once it returns from cleaning
๐งน STORE OPERATIONS
โ๏ธ Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming store environment
โ๏ธ Communicate regularly with the owner about the status of the store
๐ SCHEDULE
Full time, Monday through Saturday, 8 hours per day. Hours are flexible.
