Hi! I’m looking for a very affordable room or simple shared living arrangement for a few months, possibly longer, while I get back on my feet and work toward more permanent housing.
My current housing situation has become unstable because the person I rented from did not disclose an important restriction when I moved in. I later learned that under the rules governing his housing, he was not permitted to have a roommate/tenant living there. I had been paying the agreed amount for my stay, believing that I was allowed to live there normally.
As a result, I cannot use the residence as my legitimate address and I have had serious complications because I am not officially permitted to live there. This is not a personal dispute — I’m simply trying to find a lawful, stable place to stay.
I’m a 38-year-old woman, respectful, clean, and quiet. I’m not looking for parties or anything complicated. I mainly need a safe, peaceful home base where I can stay, receive mail, use the address for basic paperwork, and work toward my next step.
My budget is limited, so I’m hoping to find a very inexpensive arrangement. Please let me know if you have something available. Thank you.
