This includes dropping the coax cable, there are already cat5 runs down the same wall so it's easy to find the wall and drop. Install antenna to attic joist above the drop with 4 lag bolts, point SW toward cedar creek [compass on your phone will work but I'll also give you the rough direction and we can use walkie talkies to coordinate a scan to confirm it's good enough].
I have ladder in place for attic access, drill/driver and sockets. You might want fish tape/poles and I recommend a dust mask and gloves.
