We clean homes around Plano and North Dallas. We're hiring 2 people who want to be here in a few years, not a few weeks.
What you get:
$17–19/hour based on experience, paid weekly. At 90 days, once you're cleaning homes without supervision, you get a performance review and a raise.
Monday–Friday, 8 to 5. Home every evening. Same basic schedule every week, so you can actually plan your life. We're usually done by 5 — occasionally a little later if traffic or a client change pushes us.
Meet us near Plano and we drive from there. No miles on your car, no gas, no supplies to buy.
Mostly the same homes each week — you learn them, you get faster, the day gets easier
What the work actually is: 3–5 homes a day with a partner. You're on your feet the whole shift — bending, reaching, carrying, moving at a steady pace. Most people who don't last here don't last because it's harder than they pictured. We'd rather tell you now than have you find out in week three.
How we work:
Phones stay in the bag while we're cleaning. In the van between homes, they're yours. We're guests in people's homes and clients notice. On time, every scheduled day. Two no-call-no-shows and we part ways. Break something or miss something? Tell us. We'll fix it with the client. Mistakes are part of the job — hiding them isn't.
You'll do well here if you've done house cleaning, hotel or hospital housekeeping, restaurant or kitchen work, warehouse, home health, or landscaping — anything where you were on your feet and the pace was real. We'll train the right person on our system if you are dedicated, detail oriented and a real team player.
You need: your own transportation to our Plano starting location, availability all five weekdays, ability to lift 25 lbs and work on your feet all day, and to pass a background check — our clients require it. Spanish is a plus.
