Selling my 2005 GMC Yukon Denali AWD with the 6.0L Vortec V8. It has approximately 320,000 miles, but it runs and drives strong and has been very dependable.
A LOT of maintenance and recent work has been done, including:
• Brand new alternator
• Water pump done within the last 3,000 miles
• Tires done within the last 3,000 miles
• Brakes and rotors done within the last 3,000 miles
• Struts done within the last 3,000 miles
• Spark plugs, plug wires, and ignition coils done within the last 3,000 miles
• AWD system
• Limited-slip rear differential
• 6.0L V8 runs strong
• Transmission shifts properly
• Starts, runs and drives great
• No major mechanical issues that I’m aware of
The Denali has the desirable 6.0L V8 and AWD setup. It has plenty of power and is a great highway, towing, family, work, or winter SUV.
Interior is the main downside. The carpet has been removed and the driver’s seat is torn, but everything else is in usable condition and the electrical features work.
The body has some normal wear for its age and mileage, so this is not a brand-new SUV. I’m being upfront about its condition rather than pretending a 2005 with 320k miles just rolled out of a showroom.
Mechanically, this is a solid-running Denali that has had a TON of recent maintenance. A lot of the expensive wear items have already been taken care of within the last 3,000 miles.
