We are located in northern CA and we can deliver!
If you are in CA, we build to CA code so you can get the Insignia and so you can pass the health inspection. We work with your local county to ensure that the trailer will pass the health inspection. If you are not located in CA we still work with your local county to ensure the trailer is built to your local county's requirements to pass the health inspection. And, we are here through every step of this process to help you along the way.
Our trailers are custom built and we can include any appliance you need and any add-ons required. We would love to build your trailer for you!

*all appliances and fixtures are brand new, but you can provide your own appliances or fixtures if you choose
*blueprints and schematics of electrical, plumbing, and overall layout can be provided for pre-approval for health department. Plan costs are separate from trailer costs.
