I just had a baby and my mom is going to be helping me out but neither of us can afford right off to put up a down payment on a full price property. I have a good job but it's going to take time to save up. We live in separate houses and ideally we need a place in a good school district and I'm trying to find something in walking distance to the Seashore state park. Rent to own or taking over a mortgage would work fine. It'll be my husband and I, my Mom, her dog, and 1 baby so at least a 3 bedroom minimum and somewhere with a mother-in-law suite would be optimal. Any leads or ideas are welcome as well. Bless, y'all.
