Job Summary
We are seeking a reliable and skilled Handyman to perform a variety of repair, maintenance, and renovation tasks. The ideal candidate should have experience with general repairs, basic construction, and property maintenance.
Responsibilities
• Perform general handyman repairs and maintenance
• Basic plumbing repairs (replace faucets, fix leaks, replace toilets)
• Light electrical work (switches, outlets, light fixtures)
• Drywall repair, patching, and painting
• Door and lock installation or repair
• Cabinet, trim, and basic carpentry work
• Property turnover repairs for rental units
• Minor demolition and debris removal
• Install appliances and fixtures when needed
• Communicate job updates with management
• Maintain a clean and safe job site
Requirements
• Experience in handyman work, property maintenance, or construction
• Ability to use common hand and power tools
• Reliable transportation
• Ability to lift 50+ pounds
• Good communication and reliability
• Ability to work independently or with a team
Preferred Skills
• Experience with rental property turnovers
• Basic knowledge of plumbing, electrical, and carpentry
