Sipes & Son General Contractors is seeking an experienced, dependable carpenter to join our growing team. We specialize in residential structural repairs, including floor joists, beams, columns, framing, foundations, porches, and decks.
Responsibilities:
Perform structural carpentry, framing, and general residential repairs.
Install and repair floor joists, beams, posts, and other structural components.
Read measurements, plan work, and solve problems in the field.
Work efficiently with a crew while maintaining high standards of workmanship.
Maintain clean, organized, and professional jobsites.
Qualifications:
Minimum 3 years of hands-on carpentry experience preferred.
Strong knowledge of framing, structural repairs, and construction techniques.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Reliable transportation and consistent attendance.
Must be dependable, detail-oriented, and take pride in quality work.
Experience with concrete, masonry, or foundation repairs is a plus.
