W2 EMPLOYEES — Full-Time Positions
We're hiring at all experience levels, from entry-level laborers to experienced remodelers. If you're reliable, hardworking, and easy to work with, we want to hear from you.
Pay: $20–$35/hr depending on experience, skill set, and ability to work independently
You'll work alongside project managers and senior crew members on detailed, higher-end residential projects

SUBCONTRACTORS — Experienced Crews Welcome
If you have your own crew and solid remodeling experience, we'd like to connect.
We supply complete projects — mostly full bathroom remodels to start — and handle all the surrounding work: design, client communication, scheduling, and materials. You show up and do what you're good at.
What we're looking for:
3+ years of hands-on bathroom and kitchen remodeling experience
Ability to take a project start to finish: demo, framing, tile, plumbing connections, trim, and finishing
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
Smartphone
Your own tools
