Our nonprofit organization needs a professional VIDEOGRAPHER to take video at a seminar on Friday, August 14, 2026, from 12:30 PM - 6:00 PM in Pittsburgh, PA.
The videographer would film:
-- All speakers (separate camera for speeches)
-- Candids of attendees
-- All set up
-- Reception
-- Meals
--1-on-1 quick interviews (one question with five people)
The videographer should have the following equipment:
-- 2 HD Video Cameras
-- Handheld, wireless microphone
-- Tripod
The flat fee is $350
The footage must be shot in 1920x 1080 (not 4K).
We will provide a DropBox link to upload the footage.
All footage must be uploaded to our Dropbox within 24 hours. Upon receiving the footage, payment will be made through Venmo or PayPal.
