Lobos Management is hiring a full-time plumbing maintenance technician for our apartment buildings in Pittsburgh's East End (Shadyside, Highland Park, Bloomfield, Lawrenceville, Friendship, Strip District).
THE JOB
- Check apartments for plumbing leaks: supply lines, shutoffs, toilet seals, drains, traps, water heaters
- Replace toilets start to finish (pull, wax ring, supply line, set, leak test)
- Install new low-flow showerheads
- Install new diverters, stems, and other bath plumbing
- Investigate and find leaks
- Fix minor leaks on the spot, flag bigger issues
- Keep a simple log of what you found and fixed in each unit
YOU NEED
- 2+ years of residential plumbing or apartment maintenance experience
- Able to set a toilet on your own, install and repair fixtures with no supervision
- Your own reliable vehicle and basic plumbing tools
- Able to lift 75 lbs and work in tight spaces
- Show up on time and respect residents' homes
- Plumbing license or apprenticeship a plus
PAY & SCHEDULE
- $24-27/hour depending on experience
- Monday-Friday, full-time
- 10 PTO days your first year
