M&O Enterprise LLC is seeking an experienced 2–4-person residential framing crew for an upcoming new-construction project in McDonald, PA, near Pittsburgh.
Project details:
- Approximately 3,800-square-foot, two-story residential build
- Wall and floor framing
- Roof trusses and sheathing
- Additional framing work as assigned
- Target start: Monday, October 26, 2026
- Schedule: Monday–Friday, approximately 10 hours daily
- Target completion: Within two weeks
Requirements:
- Proven experience with complete residential house framing
- Ability to read blueprints
- Reliable transportation and tools
- Experience working safely with roof trusses
- References and proof of insurance for subcontracting crews
- Ability to begin immediately
Materials, crane, and forklift will be supplied on-site.
Compensation: Negotiable based on crew size, experience, availability, and agreed scope of work.
