Ready to build a rewarding career with your hands and learn a high-demand skilled trade? We’re a local Pittsburgh-area contractor specializing in beautiful kitchen and bathroom renovations, and we’re looking for motivated apprentices to join our team!
Program Highlights
Start with paid classroom instruction and practical training in our dedicated training kitchen 2-3 evenings per week.
Move quickly into exciting hands-on field work, helping transform local homes in Allegheny County and surrounding areas, 2-3 day shifts per week, based on skill and availability.
You’ll work side-by-side with experienced professionals who will guide and support you every step of the way.
Complete the program by successfully building 3 full kitchens and bathrooms from scratch under close supervision — we’ll be right there with you the entire time, teaching, mentoring, and making sure you gain confidence and real skills.
Learn everything from tools and safety to framing, cabinetry, countertops, tiling, finishes, and more in a supportive, team-oriented environment.

Compensation & Benefits
$22 per hour starting pay
Paid Time Off
Raises based on performance and skills learned
Performance assessment 30 days and 90 days from beginning field work.
What You Bring
Motivation and a strong desire to learn
Ability to handle physical work (lifting, standing, active job sites)
Reliable transportation and drivers license required
Clean background check required
