The House
An 1,100-square-foot, three-bedroom, 2.5-bathroom townhouse with laminate wood flooring throughout.

The neighborhood is quiet and conveniently located near Walmart, the Delta De Anza walking and biking trail, and Los Medanos College, which features a seven-acre pond and walking trail.
Pets
Pets are allowed! There are currently three cats in the house, so prospective housemates should be comfortable living with cats. Please mention any pets you have in your reply.
The Housemates
S (she/her), late twenties: Works for a housing nonprofit and lives in the upstairs bedroom across the hall from the available room.
G (he/him), late twenties: Works in food service, lives in the downstairs suite, and has three cats.
S and G share the upstairs bathroom. G also has a private half-bathroom downstairs.
Who We're Looking For
The room is open to someone of any age or gender. You'll have your own spacious bedroom, private ensuite bathroom, balcony, and storage unit, while sharing the kitchen and laundry room with the other housemates.
