Responsibilities
• Connect with warm leads and existing clients
• Discuss available insurance benefits and coverage options
• Maintain accurate client records
• Work virtually with a supportive management team
• Communicate with clients in English and/or Spanish when applicable
Qualifications
• Strong communication skills
• Reliable internet connection and quiet workspace
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn
• Coachable and self-motivated
• Customer service, sales, or call center experience is a plus—but not required
• Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus—but not required
