Update, Yes it has been sitting for years, Someone was to come and look at it, so I decided to Try and start it! It Started pretty fast and seems to runs ok, The air filter Foam was rotton so I bought A new one, I put Hydraulic Oil in it and the ram and pump works.
From sitting all theses years the Ram seal Leaks, so it needs changing, I called A hydraulic place they said a seal is about $20, You check yourself--Model#MO(or 0)224435A, or they said to just bring in the seal to match it up.
Again Its up to you to check it out!!!!!!!!!!!!, AS IS!
$450--Change $400 as Is, If I change the seal, $450, but I don't want to do it, and its best for the buyer to do it.
