I am currently studying gemstone identification using standard geological instruments. Including but not limited to refractometer, polariscope, dicroscope etc.
My plan is to begin GIA certification in the next 6 months. In the meantime I have been working with large gemstone collections and am open to helping those who need identification on loose stones. I can do barter.
