Seeking property maintenance and oversight in Pinehurst Monday - Thursday 8-11am and returning for afternoon from 5-8 pm. Fridays from 8-11am. Preferably looking for someone with experience and energy who is responsible and on time. I am flexible and can work with schedule so hours don’t necessarily need to exactly as scheduled but need consistent dependability.
Responsibilities include general light maintenance to an already well-kept private property in a nice neighborhood by picking up pine cones//limbs, watering shrubs, conscientious oversight of property and generalized maintenance as needed such as mowing, weed eating and edging. I have most tools/gas needed at the ready. This opportunity probably involves much less maintenance than this posting suggests given how well-kept things are but posted nonetheless just in case.
