FREE 1969 single-wide mobile home, 12 x 44, on blocks in Ault, CO. Must go whole — no parting it out on site.
As-is, contents included (the interior is NOT empty). Ceiling stains (old stains — the roof does not leak), some siding stripped. As-is, where-is, no warranties.
PLEASE READ
RUNNING GEAR — : tandem axles and wheels are under it, frame rails are surface rust only, not rotted through. Tires are flat and aged, and at least one brake drum/hub is cracked through. This trailer cannot be aired up and rolled as-is. You will need a toter or flatbed, or a hub replacement first. Do not come expecting to hook up and go.
UTILITIES: electric disconnected, water disconnected (shut off underground). Sewer disconnect being finalized. Gas: haul happens only after the gas company confirms the meter is cleared.
Taker handles all transport, permits, and equipment. You take the WHOLE home and leave the lot clean: blocks, piers, skirting, steps, and all debris gone.
Serious inquiries only. Exact address given to serious takers. Call or text
