Job Summary:
We are seeking an organized and dependable Maintenance Parts Clerk to manage parts and inventory for the Maintenance Department in a creative packaging and display company. This position will maintain accurate inventory records, assist maintenance technicians, and keep the shop organized and safe.
Responsibilities
Receive, organize, stock, and relocate maintenance parts and supplies.
Maintain tooling and parts inventory.
Perform cycle counts and inventory checks.
Enter and update part locations in the computer system.
Assist maintenance technicians with identifying and locating parts.
Keep the maintenance shop and work areas clean and organized.
Assist with 5S projects and follow all safety guidelines.
Perform other duties as assigned.
Requirements
High School Diploma/GED required.
Knowledge of industrial parts and warehouse supplies preferred.
Experience with MP2 or inventory control software is a plus.
Basic computer skills and accurate data-entry abilities.
Strong organizational and communication skills.
Ability to identify and distinguish colors.
Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
Self-motivated, dependable, and detail-oriented.
Ability to work effectively with maintenance and other departments.
