We are looking for a reliable contractor to complete a Property Inspection and basic maintenance at East Bighorn Avenue, Phoenix, AZ, 85044 TODAY
Tasks include:
• Conduct basic maintenance of changing out filters, changing the water filter in the fridge and adding salt to the water softener in the garage.
• Complete our Property Maintenance Inspection Form
• Conduct thorough and accurate inspection
• Take detailed photos and videos for documentation
Requirements:
• Smartphone with photo/video capability
• Reliable transportation
• Attention to detail
• Ability to follow instructions and submit reports promptly
• MUST BE AVAILABLE TO TAKE THE JOB TODAY AT 12 PM
• Ready for Onboarding to the Inspection Form today
Payment rate: $30 per hour
NOTE: You will paid the SAME DAY once the task is completed.
