Need water heater replaced (Phoenix)

I need a licensed plumber to remove an electric water heater and replace it with an electric hybrid water heater like in the pictures. We do a couple of these each week and need a reliable person to make the swaps. We also have some that are just gas to gas or electric to electric swaps but most of them move to the hybrid. Looking to get these done in the Phoenix metro area. Call or text me for quickest response. We can figure out a fair price for the labor. We provide the new water heaters.
