Looking for an experienced Arizona HVAC contractor to furnish and install the HVAC system already specified on my City of Phoenix approved plans for a new approximately 600 sq. ft. ADU.

Approved equipment:

Pioneer outdoor unit: YN020GMFI22M3E – 18,000 BTU

(2) Pioneer indoor units: WS012GMFI22HLE-10 – 12,000 BTU each

208/230V system. One outdoor unit serving two indoor units.

I am looking for a competitive turnkey price for equipment and installation in accordance with the approved plans, including line sets, condensate drains, startup/commissioning and everything necessary for the HVAC installation to pass City inspection.

The ADU is currently under construction and the approved mechanical plans are available immediately.

Please reply with your Arizona ROC license number if applicable, total or estimated price, availability, and whether your quote includes the equipment. Installation must pass inspection.
