Professional Cleaning Company Needed – New Construction Final Clean | 15,000 SF
We are seeking an experienced professional cleaning company or cleaning team for a new construction final cleaning project of approximately 15,000 sq. ft.
The scope includes a complete move-in-ready final clean of all interior common areas, including:
* Walls and surfaces
* Restrooms and bathrooms
* Floors and detailed floor cleaning
* Some window cleaning
* Complete final construction cleanup and detailing
Requirements:
* Must be a professional cleaning team or company
* Must provide your own cleaning equipment and supplies
* All workers must have hard hats, safety vests, jeans, and appropriate work shoes
* Construction-site cleaning experience preferred
