Compensation: $300 FLAT RATE FOR BOTH PROJECTS
We are seeking an experienced, reliable assembly contractor to complete two residential assembly projects TODAY.
PROJECT 1 – LARGE METAL STORAGE SHED ASSEMBLY
* Full assembly of a large metal outdoor storage shed
* Estimated completion time: 6 hours with 2 experienced workers
* Includes assembling the frame, walls, roof panels, and doors
* Must follow manufacturer instructions and ensure proper installation
* Two-person crew required for this project
PROJECT 2 – ARMOIRE & WARDROBE ASSEMBLY
* Complete assembly of armoire and wardrobe furniture
* Install all doors, shelves, and hardware
* Ensure everything is properly aligned, secured, and functional
COMPENSATION & TERMS
* $300 total flat-rate payment for completion of BOTH projects
* Contractor is responsible for providing and compensating their own helper
* Contractor must supply necessary tools and transportation
* Payment upon satisfactory completion of both projects
* Both projects must be completed professionally and according to manufacturer instructions
REQUIREMENTS
* Proven experience assembling large metal sheds and furniture
* Must have necessary tools and reliable transportation
* Must be capable of coordinating a two-person crew for the shed
* Must be dependable, professional, and detail-oriented
* Must be available TODAY
