The foundation, framing, plumbing, electrical rough-in, and HVAC installation have been contracted. Windows, roofing, and lath stucco are also currently being coordinated.
I am now seeking competitive estimates from experienced contractors to complete the remaining construction.
Remaining work includes:
* Insulation
* Drywall installation, taping, texturing, and finishing
* Interior painting
* Exterior painting, as needed
* Flooring installation
* Baseboards, door casing, trim, and finish carpentry
* Interior door installation
* Kitchen cabinet installation
* Countertop installation
* Bathroom vanity installation
* Bathroom wall tile surrounding the bathtub
* Installation of bathroom accessories, mirrors, and shelving
* Other miscellaneous interior finishing work
Materials already purchased:
* Windows and exterior doors
* Refrigerator, stove, dishwasher, microwave, washer, and dryer
* Kitchen and bathroom sinks
* Bathtub and toilet
Please provide two estimates:
1. Completion of the remaining work, including kitchen cabinets and installation.
2. Completion of the remaining work, excluding kitchen cabinet purchase and installation.
I am also interested in receiving individual quotes from contractors specializing in specific trades.
