Customer Impressions is looking for Phoenix-area residents to participate in a paid customer service evaluation.
We work with local businesses to help them better understand their customer experience by evaluating how their intake team handles calls from potential clients. We're recruiting a few local residents to place one evaluation call and submit short written feedback.
Compensation: $100
Location: Phoenix Metro Area
Time Commitment: Approximately 30–45 minutes
Type: One-Time Independent Evaluation
What You'll Do
You'll make one phone call using a scenario and instructions provided by our team. During the call, you'll observe how the staff handles your inquiry, including their professionalism, communication, and overall helpfulness.
Afterward, you'll complete a short online survey sharing your experience.
The entire process takes less than an hour.
Who We're Looking For
Must be at least 18 years old
Must currently live in the Phoenix metro area
Must have access to a phone and computer
Must have an active PayPal account to receive payment
Must be comfortable following instructions and providing honest, detailed feedback
Compensation
You'll receive $100 via PayPal after successfully completing the evaluation and submitting your survey.
Payments are generally processed within two business days after your evaluation has been completed and verified.
