We are seeking an experienced leader to manage all activities within our Oak Creek Branch and serve as the face of our organization in the community. This important role will embody our legacy of service excellence while championing our Core Values of Honesty and Integrity, Service to the Customer, Teamwork, Respect for the Individual, and Giving to the Communities We Serve. The ideal candidate will have a two-year college degree from a business or trade school, or an equivalent combination of education and experience, along with two to five years of banking experience, including time spent in preparatory positions and a minimum of two years of supervisory experience. Successful candidates will demonstrate the ability to coach and develop employees, build strong customer relationships, drive branch performance, and foster meaningful community connections. Strong communication skills, sound business judgment, and a passion for exceptional customer service are essential.
The salary range for this position is $68,500.00 to $78,500.00. All compensation offers are analyzed individually and take into consideration multiple factors including but not limited to geographic location, years of experience, and educational background.
