We're looking for an Entry Level Sales Representative to join that team. You don't need a sales background. You need to show up, be coachable, and be willing to get better every single day. The rest is something we train.
What you'll actually be doing
- Meeting face-to-face with potential customers on behalf of our clients, representing their brand and explaining their product or service clearly and honestly
- Working a structured, repeatable customer acquisition process, not improvising or guessing
- Logging your results daily and reviewing them with a coach so you know exactly what's working and what isn't
- Taking part in daily training sessions built around real scenarios from the field, not generic sales theory
- Building toward specializing in either customer acquisition or coaching/leadership, depending on where your strengths show up
What we're looking for
- Curiosity, resilience, and a genuine willingness to improve. We care more about attitude than background
- Comfortable starting conversations with people you've never met
- Able to take feedback well and apply it. This is the single biggest predictor of success here
- Reliable, on time, and able to commute to our Philadelphia office daily
- No degree or prior sales experience required
Compensation & growth
Pay consists of $1,029–$1,385 a week on average (that's $53,500–$72,000 a year), paid out weekly, including uncapped commission. Progression here is based on merit, not seniority. The value you create determines how fast you move, not how long you've been here.
