Hello Everyone, I can no longer receive Craigslist emails, my contact information is written below**. Thanks. The gesso work on this frame is extraordinary in my opinion. One each corner a floral bouquet in the style of the recent exposition in Paris in 1925. The base of the bouquet becomes a striking, delicate pattern encircling the rectangular mirror edges. Gesso is in excellent condition, hard to believe for it’s many years. Another way I’m dating this is that the mirror itself was cut in a “chipping” manner on the edges (concealed under the frame. This is a method that was almost completely discontinued by 1930. I tried to photograph it but my camera isn’t good enough. Hanger on reverse. The mirror itself has only a very slight “ghosting” and is practically as clear as when new. It measures 27 1/2 inches tall x 15 1/2 inches wide.
