We are closing and liquidating the entire contents of our Petaluma office and workspace. This is being sold as one complete package only.
We are NOT selling individual items. The buyer must purchase, remove and haul away everything included in the sale. The buyer cannot select only the desirable items and leave the remaining contents behind.

PRINTER CONDITION:
The label printers do not work and are being sold strictly for parts or repair. No printer is represented or guaranteed as operational.
COMPLETE CLEANOUT REQUIREMENT:
• Buyer must remove all included contents from the office
• Nothing included may be left behind because the buyer does not want it
• Buyer must carefully dismantle and remove the wall-mounted shelves, shelf tracks and brackets
• Buyer must provide all labor, tools, dollies, packing materials, trucks and trailers
• Seller will not provide loading or delivery assistance
• Any debris created during dismantling or removal must also be removed
• The entire removal must be completed during the agreed pickup period
• The office must be left completely empty and broom-clean
• The office will be inspected before the buyer leaves
• The transaction is not complete until all included contents and removal debris have been taken from the property
SALE AND PICKUP CONDITIONS:
• Sold as-is, where-is
• Electric desks are believed to be operational but are not guaranteed
• Buyer may inspect and test the desks before completing the purchase
• No individual-item sales
• No delivery
• Local pickup in Petaluma
• Payment must be completed before removal begins
• Pickup is available by confirmed appointment only
• Reasonable offers for the complete lot will be considered
NOT INCLUDED:
Security cameras, security equipment and pictures hanging on the walls are not included. These items must remain at the property and may not be removed.
The owner lives out of state, so an employee will be sent to provide access for one confirmed pickup and cleanout appointment. Please respond only if you are prepared to purchase the complete lot, provide sufficient labor and vehicles, and leave the office completely empty and broom-clean.
