Holistic Home Care is looking for compassionate, reliable, and dedicated caregivers to join our team!
We are a small, family-like residential care home committed to providing quality, personalized care to seniors in a comfortable and welcoming environment.
AVAILABLE SHIFTS:
- 12:00 AM – 8:00 AM (NOC)
- 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM (AM)
- 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM (AM)
- 5:00 PM – 1:00 AM (PM)
JOB DUTIES:
- Assist residents with bathing, dressing, grooming, and daily activities.
- Provide medication assistance according to training and facility policies.
- Prepare and serve meals.
- Assist with mobility and transfers.
- Monitor residents' well-being.
- Maintain a clean and safe environment.
- Provide companionship and emotional support.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Previous caregiving experience preferred.
- RCFE or assisted living experience is a plus.
- CPR/First Aid certification preferred.
- Dependable, patient, compassionate, and responsible.
- Must pass required background checks and meet California RCFE employment requirements.
- Willingness to learn and work collaboratively with residents, families, and fellow caregivers.
