BMW Airhead 1970-1978 rear drive unit with brake; condition of internals unknown, but judging from the amount of drive spline left (about 80%), there's a good chance it will work as is. Assume it needs a seal replaced at least before putting it in service. I bought it on eBay intending to use it on a bike I was building (/2 conversion) but never did, so I can't absolutely vouch for its functionality-- looks good, but I'd replace the seal anyway just to be sure, if I were going to run it.
32/10 is the ratio BMW had on most of its R75/5 and R75/6 models, also some R80 and R 90/6 models in the 1970s. It works well on /2 conversions with converted swingarms because it keeps the stock 1,2 ratio speedometer accurate within 1-3% depending on what rear tire is on it, and keeps the top speed at about the same as that of an R69S.
