Remodeling my kitchen and selling the existing cherry-colored kitchen cabinets, granite countertops, and matching granite island. Everything is in fair condition and would be great for a rental property, garage/shop setup, flip project, or budget remodel.
Included:
- 25+ cherry-colored cabinets in various sizes
- Granite kitchen countertops
- Granite island with 2 separate countertop pieces
Approximate granite dimensions:
- Island piece #1: 100” x 35”
- Island piece #2: 100” x 20”
- Counter piece near sink #1: 65” x 26”
- Counter piece near sink #2: 50” x 26”
- Sink is located between these two pieces
- Additional corner countertop pieces:
- Approximately 83” x 26”
- Includes curved/corner layout sections
Important:
- Sink is included, other appliances are NOT included
- Everything must be sold together
- Buyer is responsible for all removal
- Buyer must bring all necessary tools, labor/help, and transportation
- I do NOT have tools available for removal
- I cannot assist with dismantling, carrying, loading, or transport
Removal can begin in early June.
