$1200 month + $500 deposit (total move in cost of $1700) Includes “reasonable use” of utilities, use of kitchen, onsite laundry room, parking options, backyard area and bbq grill for entertaining and free WiFi.
ABOUT THE ROOM:
Room is currently furnished, it's a nice size space with light carpet and has full closet with a large window overlooking front of the house and is the only bedroom located downstairs so there is a sense of peacefulness and privacy. The downstairs bathroom is directly next to the room within an enclosure and would mostly be used by whoever is residing in the downstairs room since we have other bathrooms upstairs.
ABOUT THE AREA:
We live in a lovely brand new home in a new housing development just 2 miles to local grocery stores, various eateries, gas station, entertainment, and the 215 freeway in Perris, Ca (South Perris/Sun City very near Menifee).
WHAT'S INCLUDED:
The rent includes basic utilities, nearby parking, AC, laundry, use of kitchen and patio area. For recreation there are nearby parks, fitness centers, bike trails, walk trails, it's relaxing to just sit out in the backyard in the mornings and observe people in hot air balloons and skydiving while it's still cool outside. When it's hot we keep the AC at a comfortable 75 - 76 degrees.
YOUR HOUSE MATES:
You will be sharing the house with myself and my 2 kids "young adults”. Welcome all military 🇺🇸! I am a veteran and professional at a local university.
HOW WE LIVE:
The house is usually kept very neat and clean.
Happy Fall! 🍁🍁🍁
