Their crews record working hours in Raken, while payroll is processed through ADP. Every week, the payroll team had to manually compare employee hours, identify discrepancies, correct records, and prepare the final hours for payroll.
With 50–60 workers, this reconciliation process was repetitive, time-consuming, and prone to errors.
I built an automation system that connects the timesheet and payroll workflow, automatically reconciles recorded hours, highlights discrepancies, and prepares clean payroll-ready data for the team.
The result:
* Reduced manual reconciliation work by approximately 70%
* Made weekly payroll processing significantly faster
* Reduced manual comparison and data-entry effort
* Made discrepancies easier to identify before payroll
* Created a repeatable process that can scale as the workforce grows
Instead of spending hours every week comparing Raken timesheets against payroll records, the team can now focus mainly on reviewing exceptions and approving payroll.
