Help with Micorsoft Flight Simulator (Paso Robles)

Do you know how to set up Microsoft Flight Simulator? I have all the parts (yoke and throttle quadrant) and download the plane I want to fly (EMB 505) but I dont know how to set everything up. Looking for someone that is savy with this.
