This is an ideal setup for an established, licensed independent beauty professional looking for a polished, client-ready Pasadena location without the expense or commitment of a full-time suite. It could also be a great fit for a professional who works in multiple cities or locations and wants a consistent Pasadena space on a part-time basis.
RENTAL DETAILS
• $400 per designated week
• 7 consecutive days, approximately every other week
• Schedule established in advance
• $500 refundable security/key deposit
• Access available early or late during your designated week

The space may be suitable for lash extensions, brows, facials and select esthetic services, as well as other compatible licensed beauty/wellness services. Please note there is no sink inside the treatment room; a restroom with sink is located just steps away.
THIS IS A SPACE RENTAL ONLY. You will operate your own independent business and are responsible for your own clientele, scheduling, payments, products, consumable supplies and any equipment specific to your services. No clientele is provided.
Renters are also responsible for providing and laundering their own sheets, towels, linens or other service-related laundry. Laundry service is not provided.
Because this is a shared treatment room on alternating weeks, maintaining the space is extremely important. The renter must keep the room clean and organized, remove trash and perishables, empty personal food/beverages from the refrigerator, sanitize used surfaces and leave the room client-ready at the end of each designated week.

• Must be comfortable operating independently and sharing the room on an alternating-week schedule
