The Position
A high-demand residential remodeling business based in Pasadena, MD is hiring a capable Carpenter / Handyman. This business is built strictly on high-quality workmanship and word-of-mouth referrals. Because of our reputation, our clientele takes us to job sites anywhere from Pasadena up to Hunt Valley.
We need an efficient, self-directed professional who can execute high-quality work and run remodel jobs independently, including kitchens, bathrooms, and basements.
Requirements
· Experience: Proficient in residential remodeling (framing, trim, drywall, and general finish carpentry).
· Tools: Ownership of basic hand tools.
· Transportation: Must have your own reliable personal vehicle initially. A company van can be provided for work use once you establish yourself and prove your reliability.
· Driving Record: Valid driver's license with a clean driving history is mandatory.

Compensation
· Starting Rate: $25.00+ per hour.
· Performance-Based Pay: If your skills, speed, and management capability exceed the baseline rate, your compensation will reflect that. We pay top dollar for verified talent.
