You'll run Agile delivery for the client and coordinate with our offshore development team. You'll also build relationships across client departments to grow the account.
THE ROLE
- Run stand-ups, sprint planning, reviews, and retros
- Manage backlogs, risks, dependencies, and status reporting
- Be the main onsite link between the client and our offshore team
- Turn client requirements into clear plans for developers
- Build relationships with client leaders and identify new project opportunities
YOU HAVE
- 5-8 years as a Scrum Master, IT Project Manager, or in Agile delivery
- Experience working with offshore/distributed teams
- Jira, Confluence, Azure DevOps, Smartsheet, MS Office
- Some client-facing account or business development experience
- Comfort working independently onsite
- CSM / PSM / PMP certification is a plus

- Full-time, onsite in Pasadena, CA
- Must be authorized to work in the US
