**C&D RV Service Center** is seeking an experienced **RV Service Technician** to join our family-owned and operated business. We have proudly served the RV community for over **55 years** and are looking for a dependable technician who takes pride in quality workmanship and excellent customer service.
Position Summary
The RV Service Technician will diagnose, repair, and maintain a wide variety of recreational vehicles. The ideal candidate has experience in RV systems, is self-motivated, and can work independently while maintaining high-quality standards.
Responsibilities
* Diagnose and repair RV electrical, plumbing, propane, HVAC, appliance, slide-out, leveling, and water systems.
* Perform preventive maintenance and inspections.
* Troubleshoot and repair 12V and 120V electrical systems.
* Install aftermarket accessories and customer upgrades.
* Complete work orders accurately and efficiently.
* Maintain a clean and organized work area.
* Follow all company safety procedures and shop policies.
* Communicate effectively with service advisors and management regarding repair status.
### Qualifications
* Previous RV technician experience preferred.
* Experience with electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and mechanical repairs.
* Ability to troubleshoot complex issues.
* Own basic hand tools.
* Valid driver's license with clean driving record.
* Ability to lift 50+ pounds and work in various weather conditions.
* Positive attitude, dependable attendance, and strong work ethic.
