Plenty of amenities in the neighborhood: Such as transit stops that lead to train station and city and Metro bus stops. Eaton Canyon Park and Nature Center, and Victory Park are all near. Also in walking distance are stores, shops, and restaurants. Located in North-East Pasadena, but not too far from the colleges, Rose Bowl, downtown Pasadena, and nearby communities.
The room is available for one person single occupancy only. No pets or overnight guest allowed without consent and permission. Visitors with prior consent are allowed. No tobacco use or vapor use allowed in the apartment. Looking for an Occupant full-time employment -typically outside the house.

Parking is free during the day from 6am to 2am on street, overnight is allowed with a parking permit the can be purchased in town from the city of Pasadena transportation or online from the City at cityofpasadena.net. Although there is free overnight parking across the street which is in the city of Altadena where it's ok to do so. And parking in the rear for a compact vehicle.
