Join a top brokerage and work from home, remotely, or in the office with Realtor Victoria Munoz. My brand is Homes With Victoria; I focus on rentals, buyers, and sellers. I have had an influx of renters due to my social media on TikTok and need a new licensed real estate agent to assist me in fulfilling the leases. This requires showing properties in person and using social media for my team and for your own business building. We will spend some time together meeting at properties and/or the Pasadena office to go over strategies to build business together. This creates business for you with lead generation. You will have to start a short-term contract with me to learn the ropes at Compass, and you can decide to continue or not. Joining a team requires communication, integrity, and patience. There are no guarantees; however, you will need to make efforts and put in the work to see the return on my investment in you and your time. If you are newly licensed, coachable, and don't mind taking directions, contact me through text or email. There is no salary or hourly compensation; it is commission only. This is a 1099 independent contractor position as a real estate agent.
